Garlic Bok Choi

A simple stir-fry dish for garlic bok choi (or other green veggie)


  • 1 lb bok choi, chopped and dried (you can also substitute any other kind of leafy green vegetable)
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/2 ts chicken bullion or stock (Victor recommends “Just like bullion”, which is organic and has no MSG) If you don’t have bullion, replace with some salt.


  • stir fry garlic for about 10-20 sec (Make sure they are not turning brown)
  • add bok choi and stir fry another minute until they are evenly green
  • add bullion water, stir another 20 sec and serve
