Stir Fry Cauliflower

A very simple and healthy cauliflower and mushroom stir-fry

Stir Fry Cauliflower


  • 1/2 cauliflower, cut into small stalks and then slice to bite size
  • 5-6 mushrooms, sliced
  • a few slices of ginger


  • 2-3 tbsp chicken boullion or stock
  • 2 tbsp soy
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Black pepper (to taste)


  • Heat 3 tbsp oil, add ginger, then stir fry mushroom and cauliflower until cauliflower starts to brown
  • Add soy, sugar, and pepper when veggie appears to be cooked
  • Cook another 1-2 minutes then serve
